We started Ziel because we saw too many great local businesses get burned by agencies that over-promised and under-delivered. So we built the shop we wished existed — strategic, transparent, and relentlessly results-focused.

Our Origin
Marcus Hale founded Ziel in 2017 after watching a local restaurant client lose $40k to an agency that built a beautiful website no one could find. That frustration became our mission statement.
Today we're a tight team of strategists, designers, and digital specialists working exclusively with Chicago service businesses — from single-location shops to multi-location regional brands.
